Approach
UpTop partnered closely with AccessNsite to co-create a focused and scalable solution. The team initiated the engagement with a collaborative intake and design phase, validating use cases, reviewing HID documentation, and defining UX flows. By prioritizing early design sign-off and parallelizing development streams, UpTop ensured that the iOS demo app could be completed within five weeks for tradeshow readiness—without compromising the broader Android rollout.
The UI was centered around five essential screens: Splash, Settings, Registration/Enrollment, Credentials, and Support. These screens were designed using native platform standards (Material Design for Android and iOS HIG), ensuring familiarity and ease-of-use. The enrollment process was streamlined to eliminate password usage, caching credentials securely post-authentication.

Solution
UpTop designed and developed a fully branded mobile credential app for iOS and Android that integrated with HID Origo Mobile SDK and API. The apps supported BLE (iOS and Android) and NFC (Android only) to unlock doors using mobile credentials. The first major milestone was the delivery of a demo-ready iOS app, fully functional and preloaded with unique credentials for AccessNsite staff attending the upcoming tradeshow. UpTop provided technical consultation throughout the process and maintained momentum through efficient working sessions, centralized client feedback, and rigorous adherence to SDK integration requirements.
